i found the hotel clean and well-designed with a modern and sleek aesthetic. the rooftop pool provided wonderful views and a relaxing spot after a long day. the staff was very helpful with any requests. i found the bed comfortable and the room a good size.

i found that the noise from nearby streetcars was very disruptive at night. the sounds persisted even with the windows shut. soundproofing improvements are needed to ensure a quieter environment.

The hotel provided a very functional gym with treadmills and stationary bikes. Equipment was well maintained.

I was promised a room with a view, but it faced an unattractive courtyard? I felt misled. The description should have been more accurate. This detracted from the otherwise acceptable stay.

The hotel had very high standards for decor in both the shared spaces and the rooms. the rooftop pool and bar are really good. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing! the staff were friendly and helpful. i enjoyed fabulous cocktails at the bar one evening. also, the food was very good.

I experienced loud streetcar noise throughout the night due to the hotel's location near a streetcar station. this made it difficult to sleep. I wish the soundproofing was better. i feel that improvements could .
